Sales Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field, with at least 4 years of experience in the lifestyle, motorcycle, or consumer goods industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both English and Filipino.
Proven sales leadership experience, including managing teams, setting sales targets, and consistently achieving business goals.

Retail Marketing

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing, Event Activations, or Brand Operations.
Proven experience in organizing consumer events, local activations, and retail promotions, preferably within the motorcycle, automotive, or consumer durables industry.
Strong project management, cross-functional coordination, and data analysis skills, with the ability to turn insights into effective promotional strategies.

Store Merchandiser

At least a High School Diploma, two years of college education, or completion of a vocational program.
Minimum of five months of experience in sales, customer service, retail, or a related field, with good communication and selling skills.
Basic computer proficiency and willingness to work in SM Valenzuela.

HR Assistant (Compensation & Benefits)

Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Accounting, or a related course, with 1–2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations.
Knowledgeable in payroll processing, government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), labor compliance, employee records management, onboarding, and performance evaluation monitoring.
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, with strong attention to detail, good communication skills, ability to meet deadlines, and willingness to work on-site in Pasig City and start ASAP.

Delivery Driver

At least a High School graduate or college undergrad with a Professional Driver’s License and 1–2 years of experience driving trucks, including basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
Physically capable of lifting packages (25–70 lbs) and able to work long hours involving driving, walking, or standing.
Familiar with navigation apps (Google Maps/Waze) and well-versed in Luzon routes, with ability to start immediately.

Sales Coordinator

2–3 years of experience in FMCG retail sales supervision, with exposure to corporate sales, fieldwork, and inventory control.
Strong organizational skills with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting.
Independent, proactive, and willing to travel frequently for fieldwork, including motorcycle mobility between locations.

Marketing Admin

Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing Management or related Arts courses, with strong communication, training, and team management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) with knowledge in Photoshop and strong visual merchandising and analytical skills.
Result-oriented, adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and willing to do fieldwork.

Live Seller

Confident and engaging personality with excellent communication and on-camera presence.
Ability to think quickly, interact actively, and maintain audience engagement during live selling sessions.
Experience in live selling, hosting, or public speaking is an advantage; open to candidates without a college degree and willing to work onsite in Pasig City.

Office Staff

Fresh graduates are welcome; no prior experience required.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, etc.) with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
